About Swiss Tallow

Manuel and Andris are behind Swiss Tallow. Two friends since childhood shoes that have set themselves the task of producing skin care which is natural and with few ingredients. Your mission is to make a contribution to the circular economy and at the same time offer sustainable and healthy skin care. They realized this dream with the Swiss Tallow project.

We use Swiss organic Tallow that comes from Weiderinder. We adhere to the quality regulations and produce fresh. Our Tallow comes from the Swiss warehouse and all building blocks of the product are from Switzerland.

Talg is a processed form of animal fat, which is obtained from beef meat and gains importance in skin care due to its unique advantages. Rindertalg, in particular, is characterized by its outstanding moisturizing properties. Rich in natural fatty acids, it resembles the lipids, which are naturally produced by the skin. This makes it an effective moisture dispenser that feeds the skin and hydrated. In addition, Rindertalg is a valuable supplier of essential nutrients such as vitamin A, D, E and K, which are crucial for the promotion of skin health. The vitamins it contains contribute to skin elasticity, reduce inflammation and support the general function of the skin. By forming a protective barrier on the skin surface, Rindertalg helps to preserve moisture, protect the skin from environmental influences and prevent trans -pider painting water loss. Leider stellen wir immer wieder fest, dass viele Tallow-Produkte auf dem Markt nicht ausreichend gereinigt oder gefiltert sind. Das führt häufig zu Oxidation (erkennbar am unangenehm ranzigen Geruch) und sogar zu bakterieller Verunreinigung, da unerwünschte Bestandteile im Fett verbleiben. Solche Produkte können die Haut nicht nur schlecht pflegen, sie können sie sogar zusätzlich reizen. Typische Merkmale minderwertiger Tallow-Produkte sind eine gelbliche Farbe, harte Konsistenz und ein unangenehmer Geruch.
