Right of withdrawal
If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days. Please contact us at hello@swisstallow.chif something is wrong with your order or you are dissatisfied.
Do you offer reimbursements?
Refunds are only offered for customers who have received incorrect or damaged articles. If this is the case, please contact our customer support at hello@swisstallow.ch and send us photos of the wrong/damaged article. We will take care of it immediately.
